Sprint is now offering a software update for Samsung Moment users, and the key feature is an upgrade to Google Android 2.1 (Eclair). Besides the Android 2.1 features, like ubiquitous speech-to-text and live wallpapers, the software update goes further to improve upon Samsung's QWERTY slider. The software update, available as a download directly from Sprint, offers a number of Bluetooth improvements and even improves the Samsung Moment camera. Sprint also says users should see a speed and performance increase. Sprint Hero by HTC users have not been forgotten, and Sprint's official Twitter feed notes that Hero users are next in line for an update.
